But that statement is true, people shouldn't JUST lose weight, they need to aim to KEEP the weight off and TONE their body. The goal of weightloss and feeling good about yourself isn't about how many rib bones you can see or if your hip bones are jutting out, its about forming muscles in your body (especially the stomach area) that make you look thin AND in really good shape.
